I finally did it...

Computer parts I chose on Newegg.
I couldn't wait any longer. I finally placed the order for the computer parts I'm going to use in my build. Long-time readers will know I've struggled for quite a while on this budget 2004-era computer. I upgraded it last year to squeeze out a little more life from it, adding much-necessary RAM and video card. However, now it's just gone on for too long. Overall, this computer just feels too old. Boot time is at least 10 minutes. Programs regularly freeze up for no reason. I can barely even comment on Youtube videos anymore! Video editing is nearly impossible... not that I did much of it. Also, and most importantly, the main graphics programs I use (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are far too heavy on the computer, meaning I lose a frustrating amount of time waiting for things to load. After months of research, I'm fairly confident that these parts I selected will build a powerful modern-day build which should satisfy my current demands for performance on a desktop computer.

It is good? Because it's probably a little late to change now.

Definitely modern and there should definitely be enough disk space with 1TB. 8Gb total of RAM's a lot and quad core's the higher end of processors right now.
