Probably last boss art...


If you check the TREZ Gallery I've added larger versions of Black Ace and Red Joker finalized forms. However I also added what could be the last boss art, transparent that is. Not in the boss section but it will appear at the Megaman Home Page soon. It's part of the "customizing your experience" part.
I knew that more large "uncut" art wouldn't be coming out so as of now, the TREZ Gallery is probably the only way to get decent boss art for MMSF3.

Megaman Star Force 3 ships



Well my countdown stopped and the game is officially distributed to stores. It's such a shame that DS piracy has gotten so out of hand that rom dumps becoming available before the ship date happens. It's just disappointing seeing how these people have become psychologically corrupt as well as their greedy audience.

But anyways, it's the ship date so obviously I don't have the game yet. I'll have it tomorrow for sure and then the real fun begins!

MMSF3 Demo on Nintendo Channel

The Nintendo Channel has a demo of Megaman Star Force 3 for play on the DS. If you have a Wii and a DS go play it because the demo expires next week. At least I finally got to play it.

I've played it many times. I figured out that Impact Cannon, Big Bomb, and Giant Axe can be made. As long as the cards are there the new card can be formed. So they can be grayed out or dimmed but still usable.
For Giant Axe, you need Sword, Wide Sword, and Long Sword. For Impact Cannon, you need 3 Cannons. For Big Bomb you need 3 Mini Grenades.

MMSF3 Event Card Distribution

Just a small tidbit of information I was able to pick up. It appears that the cards "AcidArrest" and "CrimsonMeteor"(show two posts ago) will be distributed via DS Download Station. No exact date was specified, but it will happen in the future.

Spoiler-ific Capcom Flash Page updates



The Megaman Star Force 3 page on Capcom's website updated today revealing 2 white cards. Of course, this isn't everything they updated with. Try changing the url to go to the file "wc-01.pdf" They've got all the white cards up already!

New Crisis Ep9 Update


I have finished the tedious process of rom editing already. While editing, I did manage to make a few more changes. This picture shows the custom screen changes. First, I'm coloring standard chips yellow like in MMSF. Since folder views won't be necessary, that is all I need. Mega chips are a deeper blue and Giga chips are a deeper red (instead of pink)
Also, I added a dot on blank spaces. I know, I copied this from someone else's patch. Mine is just a dot, the other is a double box with brighter colors. I like mine.
And finally, the name tag sprite is changed. Instead of a boring slope I added more flair to it. It seems for the better to me. And just a heads up, these changes will go in my next patch update. I released a work-in-progress version in one of my Sub Guides.

Speaking of sub guides, I'm making a new guide. Using tints and shades. It seems like many people who use them don't know how to use them right and it's about time it got its own proper tutorial.

I ripped a few more cards from the game that hadn't been ripped before. These mostly include Giga cards and Mega cards. See them from this pack.



I'm still waiting for the US release. At least one big event is coming closer: the DTV Transition. I hear some channels go off at 1:00 pm.

Star Force Emblem

My latest vector work is well-made rendition of the beveled 3D-looking Mega Man Star Force emblem.

It looks very close to the original, plus this one should be mathematically accurate. You won't find this emblem anywhere else on the Internet, let alone with a transparent background. The size is okay for almost anything needed. But in case you need a larger size or want to see the SVG file for yourself, I've made it available.
